Phoenix man missing

A missing persons docket is being investigated after a 26-year-old man went missing a week ago.
Thugandren ‘Theron’ Nadasen was last seen at the Gateway Shopping Mall at around 6am on Tuesday, June 5, 2012. He was expected to arrive at work but failed to show up.
Nadasen was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt with the eThekwini Reinforcing printed on it, a blue overall pants with reflector stripes and a brown beanie.
Nadasen’s aunt, Vanilla Naidoo said that they had seen the surveillance camera footage that showed Nadasen parking his company vehicle and jumping out of the van, before the camera swiveled to another direction.
The family fears that Nadasen may have been kidnapped. “It is not in my nephew’s character to disappear. He is a hardworking and humble person who loves his family. He is a disciplined child. He didn’t take his clothes or any of his possessions, he just disappeared, ” said Naidoo.
Since Tuesday, the family has been distributing copies of Nadasen’s picture in and around the Gateway area. They have also posted notices on Facebook and have created chain emails.
Naidoo said that there have been no leads from any of the initiatives, but they are still hopeful. “No one has called us with any information as yet, but we are hoping that someone has seen something and will help us find him,” she said.
The family has vowed to leave no stone unturned and will do everything in their power to find Nadasen.
Naidoo said, “If anyone has taken Theron against his will, we beg you to release him to us.”
Anyone with information can call Vanilla Naidoo on 078-738-6135 or Vasi Govender on 031 507-7352.
